Vozi Premium Subscription Terms

Article 1Purpose
These terms govern the Vozi Premium subscription provided by [being completed] (the Operator). Anything not covered here is governed by the Vozi Platform Terms of Use.
Article 2Benefits
During the subscription the user receives: a discount of [being completed] on the price of each Ride, within the limits allowed by the rules on taxi prices, and priority support with a reply within 3 hours. The discount is borne by the Operator. As long as the law prohibits an app from offering a price that does not comply with the Tariff, the discount does not apply and the subscription includes only priority support (and priority matching with drivers); the subscription price is adjusted accordingly.

Monthly subscription: 999 RSD. Yearly subscription: 9,900 RSD. Prices include [being completed].
Article 4Conclusion
The subscription is concluded by ticking the box “I accept the Vozi Premium Subscription Terms” and confirming with the button “Subscribe with obligation to pay”. The price, period, automatic renewal and how to cancel are shown before confirmation.
Article 5Payment and renewal
The subscription is paid in advance by card, through Stripe, and renews automatically for the same period until the user cancels it. At least 7 days before a yearly subscription renews, the Operator sends a reminder by email.
Article 6Right of withdrawal
The user may withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of conclusion, without giving reasons ([being completed]). If the user used the benefits during that period, the Operator refunds the amount paid less the discounts obtained.
Article 7Cancellation
The user may cancel at any time in Account → Vozi Premium, with one click. The subscription then runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Article 8Price changes
The Operator announces any price change at least 30 days before the next renewal. The new price applies only if the user does not cancel before the renewal.
Article 9Removal of a benefit
If the Operator removes a benefit during the paid period, the user is entitled to a proportional refund or to cancel free of charge.
