The fare is computed upfront using real driving distance (via OSRM), your chosen category, and time of day. It's locked at booking — no surge, no bad surprise on arrival.
Two options: cash directly to the driver, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe. The receipt is emailed automatically — Vozi never stores your full card number.
Yes, free within 2 minutes of booking, as long as no driver has been assigned yet. After that, a 15% fee (minimum 150 RSD) applies to compensate the driver. Premium subscribers cancel for free, with no limit.
Vozi runs in Serbia only for now — across 17 cities from Belgrade and Novi Sad to Niš, plus Nikola Tesla airport. Regional expansion across the Balkans is being studied.

Yes. Tariff 2 (85 RSD/km) applies from 22:00 to 06:00, on weekends and public holidays. Beyond 25 km, the long-distance tariff (130 RSD/km) applies, whatever the time.
Yes, 12 RSD per minute (720 RSD/h), category multiplier included. The meter only starts once the driver has reached the pickup point.
File a complaint within 14 days at podrska@vozi-auto.com with the ride number. Acknowledged within 8 days, handled within 15 days max, any refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Yes: scheduled rides let you pick the date and time. A driver is waiting at the time you set.

No. Under-18s may only ride accompanied by an adult user who takes full responsibility.
